  • Polyurethane spider couplings (also known as polyurethane spider inserts or jaw coupling inserts) are high-performance elastic coupling elements named for their flower-like (spider) cross-section. They are widely used in mechanical transmission systems to connect two shafts while compensating for axial, radial, and angular misalignment, as well as absorbing vibrations and shocks.
